DOOS Gizlilik Politikası
Bu politika, irotech ar-ge tarafından geliştirilen DOOS (Dijital Oksijen İzleme Sistemi) ürün ailesinin işlediği verileri açıklar. Kapsanan yazılımlar:
- DOOS-Mon — Android tablet uygulaması (paket adı

2.1 Toplanan ve aktarılan veriler

2.2 Toplanmayan veriler
DOOS-Mon aşağıdaki verileri toplamaz ve aktarmaz:
- Ad, soyad, e-posta, telefon numarası veya başka kimlik bilgisi
- Konum bilgisi (uygulama konum izni istemez)
- Cihaz kimlikleri: Android ID, IMEI, MAC adresi
- Reklam kimliği (AAID)
- Kullanım/analitik verisi ve çökme raporu
- Rehber, takvim, fotoğraf, mikrofon, kamera verileri
2.3 Yalnızca cihazda kalan veriler
- Ölçüm verileri. Tank oksijen seviyesi, sıcaklık, doygunluk, valf durumu ve GPS konumu kontrol kartından yerel Wi-Fi ağı üzerinden okunur, yalnızca ekranda gösterilir ve uygulama tarafından hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
- Bildirim geçmişi. Gelen uyarılar cihazdaki yerel veritabanında saklanır. Uygulama içindeki “Bildirimleri sil” seçeneğiyle tamamen silinebilir; uygulamanın kaldırılmasıyla da silinir.
2.4 Saklama süresi
- Bildirim kayıt anahtarı ve kart seri numarası, cihaz sistemde tanımlı olduğu sürece saklanır. Uygulama kaldırıldığında kayıt geçersiz hale gelir.
- Bildirim geçmişi yalnızca cihazda tutulur; süresi kullanıcı tarafından belirlenir.
3. DOOS Web (yönetim uygulaması)
DOOS Web, tesis ve araç filolarının oksijen izleme verilerini yetkili kullanıcılara sunar. Bu uygulamada, hizmetin verilebilmesi için kullanıcı hesabı bilgileri (kullanıcı adı, e-posta ve oturum verileri) ile sistemden gelen ölçüm ve konum kayıtları işlenir. Bu veriler yalnızca hizmetin sunulması amacıyla kullanılır, reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz ve üçüncü taraflara satılmaz.
DOOS Web bir mobil uygulama mağazasında dağıtılmamaktadır; erişim yalnızca irotech ar-ge tarafından yetkilendirilen kurumsal kullanıcılara açıktır.
4. Veri paylaşımı
Verileriniz satılmaz, kiralanmaz ve reklam amacıyla paylaşılmaz. Bildirim altyapısının çalışabilmesi için Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) hizmet sağlayıcı sıfatıyla kullanılır. Google’ın veri işleme uygulamaları için: Firebase Gizlilik ve Güvenlik.
Bunun dışında veriler yalnızca yasal bir yükümlülük veya yetkili makam talebi hâlinde paylaşılır.
5. Güvenlik
- Sunucularımıza yapılan tüm aktarımlar HTTPS ile şifrelenir.
- Kontrol kartı ile tablet arasındaki iletişim, internete açık olmayan yerel Wi-Fi ağı üzerinden gerçekleşir.
- Sistem ayar ekranları servis şifresiyle korunur.
6. Çocuklar
DOOS ürünleri endüstriyel kullanıma yöneliktir, çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamaz.
7. Haklarınız
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamında; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya aktarıldığı taraflara bildirilmesini isteme haklarına sahipsiniz. Taleplerinizi aşağıdaki iletişim adresine iletebilirsiniz.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellendiğinde bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yürürlük tarihi güncellenir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama üzerinden ayrıca duyurulur.

DOOS Privacy Policy
This policy explains the data handled by the DOOS (Digital Oxygen Monitoring System) product family developed by irotech ar-ge. Covered software:

2.2 Data NOT collected
- Name, e-mail, phone number or any other identity information
- Location (the app requests no location permission)
- Device identifiers: Android ID, IMEI, MAC address
- Advertising ID (AAID)
- Usage analytics or crash reports
- Contacts, calendar, photos, microphone, camera
2.3 Data that stays on the device
- Measurements. Tank oxygen level, temperature, saturation, valve state and GPS position are read from the control card over the local Wi-Fi network, displayed on screen only, and are not transmitted anywhere by the app.
- Notification history. Received alerts are stored in a local database on the device. They can be erased with the in-app “delete notifications” action, and are removed when the app is uninstalled.
2.4 Retention
- The notification token and card serial number are retained while the device remains registered in the system. Uninstalling the app invalidates the registration.
- Notification history is kept only on the device and is controlled by the user.
3. DOOS Web (management application)
DOOS Web presents oxygen monitoring data for facilities and vehicle fleets to authorised users. To provide the service it processes account information (username, e-mail and session data) together with measurement and location records received from the system. This data is used solely to provide the service, is not used for advertising, and is not sold to third parties.
DOOS Web is not distributed through any mobile application store; access is limited to corporate users authorised by irotech ar-ge.
4. Data sharing
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising purposes. Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) is used as a service provider so that notifications can be delivered. See Firebase Privacy and Security for Google’s data practices.
Beyond this, data is disclosed only where required by law or by a lawful request from a competent authority.
5. Security
- All transfers to our servers are encrypted with HTTPS.
- Communication between the control card and the tablet takes place over a local Wi-Fi network that is not exposed to the internet.
- System configuration screens are protected by a service password.
6. Children
DOOS products are intended for industrial use, are not directed at children, and do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Your rights
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) — and, where applicable, the GDPR — you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and ask that such action be communicated to parties it was transferred to. Please use the contact address below.
8. Changes
When this policy is updated, the revised version is published on this page and the effective date is changed. Significant changes are additionally announced in the application.
